• 4 years construction management, specializing in home renovation and remodeling (self employed partner)
• 5 years mortgage lending, including construction financing (Wells Fargo Mortgage -- top 20 producer statewide; Comerica Bank; 1^st Western Mortgage)

• 3 years land acquisition and development involving the eventual construction of over 200 homes (Fargo Industries; self employed partner)

• 7 years as a General Partner; buying, renovating, managing, converting, and selling apartment buildings (self employed partner)

 

• 6 years in banking including Branch Manager in charge of all lending (commercial, real estate, & installment) and business development (Wells Fargo Bank)

Bill has been active in the Monterey Bay community in support of youth programs programs and is currently creating the framework of a program to assist teens in trouble.
